Dubai, February 12, 2025 – Pakistan captain Babar Azam continues to dominate the ICC ODI batting rankings, securing the top spot with 786 rating points in the latest update released by the International Cricket Council (ICC).

India’s Shubman Gill (781 points) and Rohit Sharma (773 points) remain in close pursuit, setting up an intense battle for the No. 1 ranking ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.

While Gill and Rohit continue to close in on the top spot, Virat Kohli has dropped to sixth place with 728 points. Kohli, once the world’s top-ranked ODI batter, had previously reached a career-high 909 rating points in 2018.
