PIA Reopens Turbat Flight Services
PIA resumes Karachi-Turbat flights to support CPEC projects and announces first Islamabad-Paris flight for January 2025 after EASA lifts restrictions.
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has resumed its Karachi-Turbat flight services, starting on December 10. This move aims to strengthen PIA's network and support the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) projects, vital for Pakistan's economic growth. Initially, two weekly flights will operate on Mondays and Wednesdays. In addition, with the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) lifting restrictions on Pakistani flights to Europe, PIA will begin operating flights from Islamabad to Paris starting January 10, 2025, with two weekly flights on Fridays and Sundays, and plans to increase frequency over time.
